At Ishaq Marble Industries, we understand that safe and timely delivery is essential when dealing with premium natural stone. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your marble and tile orders arrive in perfect condition.

1. Free Delivery Offer

  • Orders Over PKR 50,000: We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders with a total value exceeding PKR 50,000.

  • Orders Under PKR 50,000: A standard delivery fee will apply based on the weight of the material and the delivery location. This fee will be calculated and confirmed at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery Timeline & Processing

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Local Delivery (Lahore): Expect delivery within 2–4 business days after processing.

  • Nationwide Delivery: For orders outside Lahore, delivery times may vary between 5–7 business days depending on the destination and logistics availability.

3. Offloading and Handling

  • Curbside Delivery: Due to the heavy nature of marble and stone slabs, our standard delivery service is "Curbside Only." This means the truck will unload the materials at the nearest accessible point to your property.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure you have adequate labor or machinery available on-site to move the materials inside your premises. Our delivery drivers are not authorized to carry materials upstairs or into specific rooms.

4. Damage & Inspection

  • Inspect Upon Arrival: Marble is a natural and fragile material. We strongly urge you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival while the driver is still present.

  • Reporting Issues: In the unlikely event of breakage or damage during transit, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours. We may require photos of the damaged items to process a replacement or claim.

5. Restricted Access If your delivery location has restricted access (narrow streets, no truck entry, etc.), please inform us in advance so we can arrange a smaller vehicle. Additional charges may apply for special handling.
